Through!
Sorry guys but I am doing another slideshow. I found out how to do it and now it seems I cannot help myself. Seriously though, I feel that the pictures warrant a slideshow rather than just a gallery.
A very heavy sky, where the sun and other elements are battling to get THROUGH. The heavy clouded sky is winning this battle. This scene was taken one early evening, when sun was setting but these heavy dark clouds spoilt the party. Because of these party poopers I did get some good pictures from it.
As this sky passed over it did drop a fair amount of water as well as an accompaniment of thunder and lightning.

I am a person with plenty of time on my hands. In the last couple of years I have started these blogs/posts mainly to speak my mind and generally release some pent-up frustration.
In my early years I played the guitar ( and still do) for several bands, covering various styles, rock and roll, country and middle of the road.I played as a soloist, writing my own songs, lyrics and poems, and started in folk clubs. So I thought this might be a good way to express myself and hope that I can pass on to other people. While I have been doing this I have also discovered other people whose writing I also like so am learning as I travel this road to discovery.
Update… Have now posted a few and received some good responses, and discovered other good pages. my music had become a little more prominent due to frequenting folk clubs and jamming sessions.

Gerry, I actually LIKED the side show better than just one photo…it fits the theme as the sun tries to break through…you wouldn’t get that feeling if it were just one photo. Nice interpretation…

The heavy clouded sky may have been winning the battle, but the sun put up a good fight. Together, however, they joined forces to make a stupendous slide show

Oh ho, I wish I’d thought of a slide show. It would have been cool to see the ocean emerging through the fog.
What I love about your dramatic sky is the black trees in the foreground. Puts it in perspective.

On your post click media- upload pictures from where-ever you got them. I find it easier if you upload them in reverse order. click -save changes. click insert slideshow. nothing will appear on you edit post. but then if you click preview you will see your pictures. in another window. basic instruction or type slideshow in help..enjoy….;)
