On the Way

In-between moments can be just as memorable as grand finales. This week, share a photo you took on the way to something else.

Looking out at the aeroplanes (English spelling) from within the waiting area of Gatwick Airport, London.
Picture speaks for itself, the Harrods bear outside the Harrods shop in the duty free area of Gatwick airport, London.
The Mears Transport driver who took us from Orlando airport to the hotel. He actually broke my daughters suitcase handle. He apologized and we still gave him a tip.

    1. I have been lucky enough to visit your country five times, and loved every minute..these are just a few memories.. welcome Always Sandra..

    1. Being my daughters it was lucky it was only a small suitcase and still had use of the extension handle. and yes enjoyed every minute. welcome always..thank you

  1. There is something at once exciting and intimidating about an airport. Unless one is a seasoned traveller, one has the knowledge of embarking out of one’s comfort zone into adventure.
We got one of the smaller bears!

    1. I enjoy the atmosphere and excitement within an airport. Knowing that it is the door to somewhere new to explore.,, a little intimidating if unsure of its routines.. welcome and thank you..

  2. How wonderful! We take at least one vacation per year but most of them are road trips. I long to visit a far off place, preferably out of the country. I’ve only been out of the country twice and both times were a cruise to Mexico. If I ever choose to go back to M, I will fly. NEVER wish to do a cruise again. Ever. Let me know if you’re ever close to Mississippi. 🙂

    1. Flying can be a little scary, but mostly it is great and a little boring, my Ellie loves it..Hey Carol. I will certainly let you know if it ever happens, but at the moment it is not looking possible unless things change.. You will be the first to know and thank you for the offer…
